Amie Perryman has over 30 years of experience teaching, training and coaching in the disciplines of competitive dressage, eventing and working equitation. She holds a BS degree in Equine Science from Salem Teikyo University and a MS in IT Project management from Boston University. She has trained under multiple US Olympic Team Members and worked for the US Dressage Team Chef d’equip, Anne Gribbons. She is the owner and operator of Working Equitation SE Virginia along side Amy Geuy, Owner of the Horse Park at Gryphon Run in Chesapeake, VA.

Requirements:

  • Passion for horses and a strong desire to learn about dressage and working equitation.
  • Willingness to commit dedicated time and effort to learning and practicing the art of horsemanship.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced trainers.

Schedule and Compensation:

The compensation package for working students in this position offers the opportunity to receive lessons or training in exchange for work. As a working student, you will have the chance to develop valuable skills and knowledge through this training program.
